Guide to Measure Your Feet and Find the Right Size
To enjoy all the benefits of Nextep products, it's important to make sure the size is right for you. If you can't visit a distributor to measure your feet in person, here's how to do it at home in a simple and accurate way.
With this guide you'll be able to:

What do you need?
- A sheet of paper.
- A pen.
- A measuring tape or ruler.
Follow these steps to get the perfect measurement of your feet and choose the Nextep products that best suit your needs.
Step 1
Place a sheet of paper on the floor, making sure one of its edges is against the wall. Rest your heel against the wall and, with a pen, carefully trace the outline of your foot. It's important to repeat this step with both feet, since one is generally longer than the other.
Step 2
With the outline drawn, use a ruler or measuring tape to measure a straight line from the heel to the longest toe. This measurement, in centimeters, will be the length of your foot and will help you choose the right size of your Nextep product.
Done! With this measurement, now select your size from the list:
